Family and Friend Owned and Operated Business.
We are a small owned business that is looking to expand the housing market with safe housing. Properties are bought and rehabbed and made over to be up to date and match todays standards. Houses that have been abandoned are turned into family dwellings filled with life again and making neighborhoods values rise. We have properties located in Surry County North Carolina and Carroll County Virginia with more locations to be added soon.
All potential renters are required to provide a background check when they place their applications. Plus, proof of income is also required.
